SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery begins well before the parcel reaches your door. At Kovenas, our goal is to explain the relevant steps in plain language without promising outcomes that depend on carriers, payment providers, or local laws.

1. Order processing
Orders are ordinarily prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Verification, high-volume periods, stock discrepancies, or personalization requests can extend preparation time; we will communicate material delays when possible.
We prefer to explain the process before a problem occurs.

2. Estimated transit by destination
Indicative transit after dispatch: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia: 7–18 business days; European destinations: 10–21 business days; other destinations: 10–28 business days. These are estimates rather than delivery guarantees and may change with route, customs, and carrier capacity.
The specific checkout terms may provide additional details.

3. Business days and delivery dates
A business day normally excludes weekends and public holidays. Processing time and transit time are separate. Checkout estimates should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates for birthdays, holidays, or travel.

4. Tracking information
When a shipment is assigned a tracking number, it may take time for the carrier to show its first scan. Tracking may also pause while parcels move between transport partners or clear customs; a temporary gap does not necessarily mean a parcel is lost.
This is how the process works in everyday situations.

5. Address accuracy
Customers should review recipient name, contact details, postal code, apartment or unit information, and country before paying. An incomplete or incorrect delivery address can cause return, delay, or additional charges. Corrections after dispatch may not be possible.
Local consumer protections may apply in addition to this guidance.

6. Multiple parcels
An order containing several items may arrive in separate packages, depending on availability and fulfillment location. Tracking information may be issued separately, and parcels can arrive on different days without indicating that items are missing.

7. Customs and import requirements
International shipments may be examined by customs authorities. Import taxes, duties, or clearance requirements depend on destination and checkout terms. Any charges not explicitly collected at checkout may be assessed by local authorities or delivery providers; confirm the applicable terms before purchase.
These guidelines help keep expectations realistic.

8. Delivery exceptions
Weather events, peak-season congestion, remote-area service limits, security screening, customs checks, and carrier disruptions may affect transit. If tracking is unusually delayed, contact support with the order number and the most recent tracking status.
Our support team can clarify the next step when circumstances differ.

9. Delivered but not located
First check the delivery location, parcel locker, reception, neighbors where appropriate, and any carrier notice. Contact the carrier promptly and then contact us so we can review available delivery records. A delivery scan is evidence to investigate, not an automatic resolution of every claim.

10. Refused and unclaimed parcels
Parcels refused at delivery or left unclaimed may be returned or disposed of according to carrier rules. Any refund or reshipment will depend on recoverability, applicable costs, and consumer-law requirements. Contact us before refusing delivery when possible.
For an active household, knowing the steps in advance helps.
